Butterscotch Muffin Protein Shake using 310 Nutrition

I’ve recently joined the 310 Nutrition program and it’s really boosted my health goal. Their protein shakes are yummy and full of awesome ingredients. I plan on digging deeper into their shakes but for today, I’m going to share one of my favorite shakes.

I’m so excited to share with you a few shakes I make in my kitchen using healthy ingredients like bananas and oatmeal.

Like many, I’ve put on more weight over the last few years and it’s time to step it up and change that.   I’m sharing with you one of my favorite shakes using the 310 Vanilla Shake Powder.

Today’s flavor is butterscotch.

Butterscotch Muffin 310 Shake

  • 12 oz  Unsweetened Cashew Milk (38 calories)
  • 1 scoop 310 Vanilla Shake (90 calories)
  • 1/2 banana (53 calories)
  • 1 serving pack of Quaker Plain Oatmeal (120 calories)
  • 1 Tablespoon PBfit Powder (25)
  • 1/2 of package of sugar-free butterscotch pudding (44 calories)
  • 1 cup of ice

Total 370 calories

The butterscotch muffin shake is yummy and filling. It’s a great wake-me-up shake or a great recovery shake for that long workout.
